This limited Warranty applies physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased form our company and certified distributor

 

What does this limited warranty cover?

This limited warranty covers any defect in material under normal use during the warranty period, during warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge.

 

1/16 Tank Controller are designed and test under following setup and Peripheral at 7.4/7.2V battery,  limited warranty does not cover if setup and Peripheral are not listed below

 

Track Gear Box:

 If you can not find any distributor, you can order from us, here a steps about how do we process order

Step 1. Placing order

• Please check stock status and complete item number from the lists below. Product Identification System table can help you to understand the meaning of item number

• Let us know your order and Paypal account by emailing to sales@clark-model.com.

• Default shipping address is the address your left in Paypal, if you want to ship to different address, please let us know in email.

• WE HAVE BEING IN THIS BUSINESS MORE THAN 10 YEARS, IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT ABOUT OUR CREDIT, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER.

Step 2. Invoicing

• We generate invoice and send it to you from Paypal,

• Please review the Full Product Number, include variant Code on invoice, product to be shipped is based and ONLY based on it, refund is acceptable only the item we shipped does not match the product number on invoice. Let us know if any thing wrong, please write to sales@clark-model.com. and DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT until wrong product number are all corrected.

• If you don't receive any email for few days, please check spam folder, sometime email form paypal bounced to it 

• We will also let you know estimated time to ship if your order need more time to process.

Step 3. Make payment

• Confirm order and send payment by Paypal or bank transfer,

• If you want to change shipping address when payment is already done, please write to our shipping team  zoe@clark-model.com, let them know new address, Paypal invoice number and any import paper needed

Step 4. Shipping

• We ship form Taiwan Post office and update tracking information to Paypal in 2~4days(average order process day). Paypal will generate  shipping notice to you automatically.

Aftermarket Service

We always provide aftermarket service, the following are the procedures

 

Step 1. Requesting

• Please write to sales@clark-model.com.

• Describe the problem or service needed, such as board repair or board upgrade. The following are the information must be provided at first place

  • Distributor that you purchased the board,

  • Exact and Full  Board Part Number.

• if need to send the board back, we will let you know which address to ship, factory or RD office,

• Example of  issue list if you have multiple board to repair/upgrade

1. TK40SP -L2: cannot flash new sound set
2. TK24-CAN: upgrade to latest TK24 / 40 S-bus
3. TK40SP-T1:  smoke is constantly on, and after re-flash sound, gone crazy. 

Step 2. Packing and shipping instructions

• DO NOT REMOVE RECEIVER CABLE OR S.Bus CABLE FROM BOARD, OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA LABOR AND MATERIAL COST FOR IT

• DO NOT REMOVE RECEIVER CABLE OR S.Bus CABLE FROM BOARD, OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA LABOR AND MATERIAL  COST FOR IT

• DO NOT REMOVE RECEIVER CABLE OR S.Bus CABLE FROM BOARD, OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA LABOR AND MATERIAL COST FOR IT

• Please put a note inside the box, such as hardcopy of email, return address. 

• Declare it as "Toy parts" in CN21 form.

• Let us know tracking number when shipped

• Post office Register air mail or EMS is recommended 

 

Step 3. Processing

• We will let you knew when we receive parcel

• Will quote you when when problem is identified

• We will email you if need more info, please use same email thread for communication and do not remove history.

Step 4. Invoicing

- Worldwide Registered Air Mail is not traceable in some country, such as Australia, you can only know when the order is shipped and dispatched to your country from Chunghwa Post tracking system.

 

 Post office in some country will enter foreign information when they've processed your package, but post office in some country, such as Australia, don't have this service.

 

 -Average day of delivery for Worldwide Registered Air Mail is 7~15 days, but it's mainly depends on the process speed of post office in your country and it may take much longer, from our experience, it may take over 60 days in Russia post office. if you do see the package within 20 days,  you can call post office and provide tracking number to push them to delivery earlier.

 

-Except poor traceability in some country, worldwide Registered Air Mails is still a very reliable way to ship product.

 

- If you are not comfortable with worldwide Registered Air Mails and want to track every steps, please choice EMS and let us know,

 

-we can ship to any area where we don't have local distributor by registered air mail or EMS. average day of delivery is 7~15 days.
